Return & Refund Policy – Ajoony

At Ajoony, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Note: We do not accept returns for innerwear, sale items, custom-made, or altered pieces.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, a brief reason, and clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will verify and arrange for pickup (if applicable), or provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • For eligible return cases (damaged/wrong item), we will arrange pickup and cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A full or partial refund (as per case) will be issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Customized or altered garments


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment provider.

  • Contact your bank/UPI support.
