  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be mentioned on the product page.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

India (Domestic Shipping):

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (extra charges apply)

International Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days

  • Delivery time may vary based on destination and customs clearance.

Please note: Unexpected delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).

  • Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment via the courier’s website.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post for domestic orders, and FedEx, Aramex, or DHL for international orders.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
